OUR BUILDING CONDITION
An AusGuard pre-purchase building report is a comprehensive and independent document completed by an inspector in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.1.
The report describes the condition of all the various building components and external structures and whether they will require your attention.
The report will identify and explain any existing problems such as structural damage, termite damage and potential safety hazards advising on repairs and indicate any remedial or maintenance requirements that you need to consider before purchasing the property.
The report will also contain photos of notable items so that you can see what issues may exist and what they look like. It also contains a glossary of technical terms to help you understand the report.
